I’m Erica; teacher, volleyball player and, most importantly, curious omnivore. From a young age I’ve had a penchant for food in all forms and quantities.  Like really young. As an infant I overloaded on carrots causing my poor mother to think I’d come down with jaundice. My palette has since matured and enjoying food and drink has become my own personal adventure. Whether its food I make myself, food I've sampled near and far, or simply a box of exquisite chocolates I received as a gift, I find each experience to be part of a rewarding culinary journey.  I've been spoiled by living so close to Manhattan my whole life so many posts will reference nearby locales but I will showcase my own cooking and trips that will, hopefully, inspire you on your own culinary adventure.
